Ladies... I have never been the type of girl to get my nails done frequently. Just the special occasion nails. Mainly because I could never get nail/gel polish/ acrylics to last for over a week. Well, that was until I found Miss Reenie!!! I have gone back for the last 7 months and not once has my gel polish come off! She has so much talent, passion and knowledge. And she is a true conversationalist which helps make the time pass (not awkwardly like in big salons). If you live in the San Diego area, and you are looking for a talented nail artist, you need to contact Koukla Mou Nails. You won't regret it. Plus, you'll be supporting a small business owner which is always an added bonus!
Eirene (Reenie) is the best. Before I went to her for my acrylics, I had such a hard time getting a set to last. They would break, pop off, etc etc. and I always ended up with very damaged nails. Reenie sculpts all nail extensions (no tips!) and they LAST. Before, I could barely make it to two weeks without my nails being ruined. Now going to Reenie I have gone up to 5 weeks before getting a fill and my nails are still intact. Not only are her acrylic skills phenomenal but her nail art cannot be beat! She is very skilled in creating delicate, detailed, masterpieces that are truly works of art. Lastly, she is a great conversationalist and has such a warm and inviting personality. She will never make you feel like you are being too picky, too needy, or wrong in anyway. Too many times I’ve gotten nails done by people who made me feel like I was somehow inconvienced them. But with Eirene, it’s like visiting and old friend. Bottom line - if you want beautiful nails and great conversation see Eirene!!!
