We believe a nail appointment should feel good from the preparation to the polish. At our Old City studio, we offer classic and waterless services, gel polish, structured builder gel, extensions and custom artwork in an acrylic-free, dip-free environment. Medical-grade autoclave sterilization, disposable tools and licensed professionals are part of our everyday standards. I usually leave the city and go to a salon out in the burbs because so many places in the city do not at all meet my standards - if there is a thick layer of dust coating everything or holiday decorations still up waaaay past their season those are huge red flags to me and generally tell me that my hands are not in good hands. That being said I left my nails till the last minute before vacation and wasn’t able to go to my normal salon so one of my girls told me to go to Lacquer Lounge and being that she knows me I took a shot….and was NOT disappointed! The salon is very clean and gorgeously designed, the staff is so welcoming and clearly very skilled. Mafe absolutely rocked my mani - I showed her an inspiration image as well as a picture of my bathing suit and told her to have fun with it and she absolutely delivered a better set than I could have imagined. I’m so glad to have found this place and no longer need to be traveling out to the burbs anymore 😊

I absolutely love this nail salon!! The salon is clean and well managed! Sophy is the Best nail technician. She cares that you leave her chair with not only a great looking Mani and Pedi but a HEALTHY handd and feet! I would recommend every nail technician in the shop.

I have been going to Lacquer for years. I will normally take my daughter along with me. We always have a great experience but today was exceptional. Today, Hailey and Mafe completed manis and pedis for us both. Each of them were so genuinely kind and friendly but beyond that they were really good at their craft. Hailey took great care of my 11 year old, doing her nails and toes with some added nail art expertly. I always get a nice nude but I wanted something a little unique. Mafe brought my idea to life and it was exactly as I pictured in my mind. I’d highly recommend them both! As a bonus, the space is clean, welcoming, and everyone there is so friendly. That’s what keeps us coming back :)
