We created Mar Beauty Lounge as a calm place for thoughtful nail care in Washington's West End. Our menu brings together signature and luxe manicures, pedicures, Gel-X additions and custom designs, with vegan products and a focus on careful technique.
Come for a simple polish refresh or make time for a longer treatment. We want every visit to feel personal, unhurried and beautifully considered, from your first consultation to the finishing touch.

Mars Beauty Lounge is truly a hidden gem! The space is intimate, impeccably clean, and never feels crowded or rushed, which makes for such a relaxing experience. The luxury recliner chairs are a total game-changer—you literally melt into them while getting your treatment. The hospitality starts immediately with a choice of tea, water, or a latte. The co-owners, Marjorie and Maria, are absolutely amazing. Marjorie’s customer service is top-tier; she genuinely cares about every client and makes you feel right at home. Coordinating my visits is always a breeze thanks to Maria, who is the best at being flexible with scheduling. In my busy life, it is so refreshing to have an owner work so closely with me to adjust timing when needed! Finally, Adriana is fabulous—she has a great eye for color and her attention to detail on designs and French manicures is unmatched. If you’re looking for a high-quality, peaceful salon experience with a personal touch, I cannot recommend this place enough!
Mar Beauty Lounge is a fantastic salon. Very clean and super helpful staff. Marjorie is the best nail technician. I have followed her from salon to salon because there is no one better at doing my nails. She is gentle on my sensitive hands and feet and does great nail art.
I had a wonderful experience with Adriana! She’s the best. It was my first time at Mar Beauty Lounge and I highly recommend their services. Amazing vibe and beautiful natural light. I will definitely be returning.
I’ve been coming to Marjorie for years. I’ve followed her from two previous salons to this one, which she OWNS! I love coming here — it is so clean, relaxing, and comfortable. I only see Marjorie, because she is the best. She cares so much about her clients. I particularly love getting the luxe pedicure with extended massage because I stand a lot for work and it is so incredibly nice to have someone work on your tired legs and feet.
Amazing experience. The salon went above and beyond to make sure they could provide the design I wanted. They sent me pictures of their incredible color selection and even did some test nails on their own before my appointment to make sure I liked the design. My nail tech Adriana was amazing. She made sure I was happy with the design every step of the process and was very detailed. 10/10 would recommend!
