I've been coming here for years but stopped & then heard it's under new management so I had to check it out in hopes it improved. IT DID! The past 2 visits I've been coming back have been CONSISTENT & worth the $. No surprise charges at the end, it's simple & you get what you ask for which is MORE than I can ask for. It's super convenient because I live in the area so it's a walk away . The staff is so friendly and sweet! Receptionist is a doll very sweet & genuinely cares about how your visit went. Will definitely become a regular again
I came in looking completely busted up and left with beautiful nails, so I definitely want to give credit where it’s due. The nail technician who did my nails hooked them up, and I was very happy with the final result. However, my pedicure experience was a different story. I specifically told my technician that I’m allergic to callus remover, but it was applied to my feet anyway. That’s not a small detail—when a customer tells you about an allergy or sensitivity, it needs to be taken seriously because it can affect their health and safety. Beyond that, I wasn’t impressed with the overall craftsmanship and attention to detail during the service. It felt rushed, and there were several little things that should have been done better. The work just wasn’t as polished as I expected. Honestly, there was another technician in the salon whose work I was watching, and I found myself wishing I had been seated with her instead. Because of the allergy issue and the lack of attention to detail, I chose not to leave a tip. It wasn’t personal—it was based on the service I received. That being said, I absolutely love my nails and would come back for nail services. The salon has talented people there. Tracy did such a great job! I came in super late and last minute and asked for solid jelly-like nails and they came out so great and similar to the picture! I’m super picky with my colors and Tracy was so understanding. Whole vibe of the place was great! I paid $75 w/o tip for my set and am super happy! Definitely coming back!

We had such a great experience at Polished Nail Bar! I got a Gel X set along with a gel pedicure, and everything turned out absolutely beautiful. The attention to detail was amazing, and I felt so taken care of the entire time. My husband came with me and got a regular manicure and pedicure, and he loved it too—super clean, relaxing, and really well done. The whole atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, and the staff was so kind and professional. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a spot that does quality work and makes the experience feel special!

Would recommend this nail shop to anybody !great customer service vibes and energy. I felt welcomed and taken care of as soon as I walked in John took care of my ex for him. He does amazing listens to your concerns and handles with care. I love this shop.❤️
