Polished Nails

Emma is amazing!! I recently started going to her for my nails and I’m so happy I found her. Not only does she do an incredible job, but she has the best personality and attitude, which makes every appointment so enjoyable! One of my favorite things about Emma is that she actually listens to what I want and pays attention to the little details. She takes her time, makes sure I’m happy with everything, and my nails always come out exactly how I pictured them. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and wants her clients to leave loving their nails. On top of how talented she is, she’s so friendly, positive, and easy to talk to. I always look forward to my appointments with her! If you’re looking for someone who does beautiful nails AND makes the experience fun and comfortable, I definitely recommend Emma!

I just moved to DC and have been trialing different salons to find my new go-to nail tech. I think I just found her!! I booked a Saturday afternoon appt with Emma for a full Builder Gel set. The salon was clean and I was seated right away. Emma shaped my nails perfectly (pointy almond, how I like), and the paint job is flawless. I can't stop looking at my nails. I will DEFINITELY be back. Reasonable price for Builder Gel and more affordable than other places I've tried in DC.

I love going to Emma! She does a great job blending gel x tips to my natural nail and has amazing attention to detail. I’d never gotten fake nails before going to her but now I love them!

I really enjoyed my experience at Polished Nails! I made an appointment to get an acrylic refill which turned into a full set. My nail tech noticed how grown out and lifted my old acrylics were and recommended I start over with my set. I appreciate her honesty and the price was very reasonable for my removal and new set (which is perfect for me as a college student). Emma was so sweet and personable which I really appreciate in an artist! I plan to be back and try another nail style to see if they are consistent in the great service and work. EDIT: I have been back to Polished Nails and after my last visit I have solidified Polished Nails and Emma as my go to nail location. I came back to this salon for my spring break nails and they turned out GREAT! They are exactly what I wanted and just like the picture I showed. I was scared they wouldn’t look how I wanted but Emma did an amazing job and gave me exactly what I wanted. I hope the pictures I have do my nails justice cause they truly are perfect. I will be going to this salon exclusively loving forward.

5star goes to Yolany ! She’s accommodating and made sure i feel taken care of. My gel mani is still in good condition after 2 weeks. Mani and pedi spa package is a good deal. I had eyebrows tint and eyelash lift and tint too but only lasted a few days, recommended for occasions only not for weeks longevity.
